“We moved to town recently and decided to check this place out ( I wanted a donut😊) I have no words , we were amazed!! The salad and food looked delicious and the donuts BEST EVER!!! If you haven't been yet it's definitely a must !!! You won't be disappointed.“

“I have been impressed with this Dunkin lately as they are very inconsistent in this area. I generally get what I ask for. HOWEVER, I did not appreciate being yelled at by the drive-thru person "could you pull closer next time?" I am sorry you had to reach a little and wow stellar customer service skills. I get with the mask and barriers our jobs have become more difficult but I too work with the public and would NEVER talk to someone that way! By the way I wasn't that far from the window.“

“I came in on a particularly tough day with my 2 daughters. I currently have a work related injury, so to the untrained eye, it probably appeared to be business as usual for me. Just a dad with his kids. Well a young male employee (I wish I got his name) was extremely observant and attentive to the situation. My cervical spine hasn't been liking pushing those heavy auto-shut doors lately. So I kinda make a face when I have to do it. And he immediately picked up on it when I thought I hadn't even been noticed yet walking in. I ordered the kids some donuts and they were very awesome and friendly throughout the quick order. And then as I went to leave they offered water for my older daughter and were literally trying to give me a combination of sizes we could get out the door without me straining myself trying to hold the door. This is far beyond what I'd ever expect. I really came in to let my kid use the restroom and this employee immediately recognized that he could make my life 10x easier and just did it. And it may not seem like much to some, but I don't typically leave Dunkin Donuts feeling like that. It kinda made my day. I hope the manager sees this and figures out who it is to give him some praise. My google maps says it was around 2:15 PM on September 2nd, 2026 if that helps.“
