Dunkin' is a popular coffee and bagel spot, loved by many for its pleasant and attentive staff. Despite some occasional short-staffing issues, the drive-thru line is usually efficient, with some customers raving about its speed. The restaurant takes pride in its cleanliness, with fresh food and expertly crafted specialty drinks. Orders can be picked up quickly using the app, and the staff is always friendly. With a loyal customer base, Dunkin' is a go-to spot for morning routines, with some customers frequenting it multiple times a week. While minor improvements could be made, such as clearer communication about staffing, Dunkin' consistently delivers a great experience.
