Good food, friendly staff, classy yet festive atmosphere all wrapped up into one on the Connecticut River.
Connecticut's most nostalgic place the Gelston House is the main dining restaurant that feeds The Goodspeed Opera House's audience members. We sat outside in the beer garden. Christina is the most gracious server and was very attentive. The atmosphere and views are spectacular. Even if you wanted a cocktail or appetizer to just relax and experience the Connecticut River at it's finest, I recommend it.
