“We are from DC, and when we travel up to CT, we go there regularly. The people are just as delightful as their drinks! One of the first times I went there I got a hot chocolate and they asked if it was for a child, I said no just me. Assuming the temp is slightly cooler for a child’s- but that is pretty great customer service, to even just ask ahead of time. There fluffernutter lattes are so good- and now canned— I made my dad bring some back down this way! Check them out for sure!!“

“It is a Dunkin like all other Dunkins for its food and drink, but maybe less variety than some bigger branches. This one has no customer seating, just standing tables and bars I think this is so it isn't classified as a restaurant, and thus it is ok that it has no public restrooms.

It gets a lot of drive-through traffic, which sometimes blocks parking, including one handicap space.“

Everyone is friendly, helpful, quick to recommend a new drink. They have a great, organic tea selection, and tons of flavors for your latte. And I don't know where they get there. Bixby go to phone, but every single thing I have from there is fantastic

“Had coffee with a friend here yesterday. The vibe is modern farmhouse- SO clean and the outside seating was so appreciated on a beautiful day. (Tables around us has leashed dogs at their feet, so nice!) We both had pumpkin spice lattes (mine with oat milk). Absolutely delicious!!! Next time I plan to try the pumpkin chai 🥰 The staff was so friendly, and the prices were reasonable. Check it out!!“

“We LOVE Olive Oyl’s. In the 20 years we’ve lived in Tri-town, it’s our family go to at least once on the weekends. When the kids are home for school breaks throughout the year they frequent Olive Oyl’s several times a week. We love the vibe, the food, location, and especially Kevin and Jen! We are lucky to have such a great place so close to home!“

“Brandon is doing a fantastic job managing this Starbucks. The store feels organized, clean, and genuinely friendly every time I come in. The team works well together and handles pressure calmly, which says a lot about the leadership. It’s obvious Brandon cares about both the customer experience and the staff. That kind of management makes a big difference.“

“I was greeted really warmly by the cashier (I think her name is Diane). It felt like she was genuinely happy to be there and to serve me. The other young woman on the shift with her did not say much but worked so efficiently that my coffee was ready before I had even finished paying for my order. They were getting tons of online orders but everything was prepared quickly and no one had to wait. Food was hot and correct. It was such a pleasant experience that I would get off at that exit again just to go to that Dunkin' Donuts.“

She’s the kind of person who would make this my favorite location. I was sad I couldn’t tip her for her customer service and helpful attitude but she definitely deserves it.“
