Kaylin & Deedee are incredible. Truly the main reason I go to this Dunkin almost daily — I specifically ask when they’re working because nobody makes my coffee the way they do. But aside from that, they greet me by name and are always so kind, and so excited when I pull into the drive thru. They have my order memorized, to a point where I just say hi and they tell me they’ve got it. I don’t know what I’d do if they weren’t there — they’re the highlight of my day.

Food was prepared quickly and I was told of optional items for something they ran out of, and staff were moderately polite, thank you for everything!

They take the time to notice details, such as adding extra caramel drizzle or cinnamon sugar to whipped cream. The staff is also helpful, offering assistance with technical issues, like loading the app to pay. Overall, Dunkin' provides a pleasant experience with its clean environment and attentive service.
