they always get my order right, nice staff and I'm writing this because they were being yelled at by a rude customer who couldnt follow directions and they handled her nonsense well and deserve praise
I sat in drive thru with one car in front of me for 7 mins. Ordered a sesame bagel with butter. Waited 4 minutes after paying for the bagel. Bagel was hard as a rock, I tried to take a bite and deal with it, but could not even chew it. Threw it away.
The only place you can go to get home and add actual coffee to your coffee 🤡

Dunkin' offers excellent and cheery customer service, with a fast-moving line and a delicious sausage and egg croissant, as well as freshly made iced coffee. The new staff are highly praised for their polite and efficient service, with one customer describing their macchiato as the best they've ever had.
