Ordered at At the drive-through. My husband said my coffee order. The Dunkin employee asked him to repeat it. So we assumed he didn’t hear him well. So he Repeated it, maybe an octave louder. The employee rudely said to him he didn’t have to yell it he could hear him. We were both kind of taken back by his comment seeing that he works in customer service. He asked if we needed anything else we told him no. And he yelled back “OK” over the speaker at us.When we pulled up to the window, he approached with my coffee. Asked us if we had a problem. I did all the speaking. I said no you said you couldn’t hear us so we just repeated the order a little louder. He said I didn’t say I couldn’t hear you all I did was ask you to repeat yourself. In my mind, if somebody’s asking you to repeat something when there is not a single person in the drive-through with you maybe that’s because they didn’t hear you well. (Sorry to assume) As stated before, he didn’t yell at him. He may be raised his voice a couple decimals to make sure he could hear him. Never in my life have I had such terrible customer service from an employee at a Dunkin establishment. Rude as rude could be!!!**man working drive thru at 6pm on Thursday 12/14

this is not my "local" Dunkin, there are two that are closer to me in town, but I go here lately because the ladies here are really nice and they always are both kind & clean, which matters to me when someones making food im going to eat. this morning they were slammed but i was in no hurry, the woman noticed i had been waiting a few minutes & asked if i wanted extra caramel drizzle bc i was saying how much i love caramel and she asked if i like cinnamon and added cinnamon sugar on top of the whipped cream. she really made my ice coffee special this morning and it only took her being thoughtful and polite.

If you want to pay 5.00 for a coffee fixed wrong come here. Last time for me. Go up the road to Henny Penny for half price brew your own cup, fix it your way minus the wait and attitude. Rant over.

Apparently they won't make a frozen coffee with oat milk because it's an allergy concern? So you're telling me you don't wash your machines. What about those with milk allergies? Every other Dunkin makes frozen coffee with oat milk so it appears this Dunkin is lazy? Not quite sure but won't even go here again.

This DD is clean, and the staff was helpful. When I was having trouble loading the DD app to pay, the cashier offered that I might find it easier if I connected to the wifi which resolved the problem!

I feel the staff here are very unprofessional and very rude. Not all but most. Every time I come, they don't have munchkins. I came at 9:30 am today and they said they were out. The last time I came was about 11:00 and they were out. When I told her that they never have any munchkins when I come, the girl said in a snarky voice "well you need to just come earlier" Another time the person that was waiting on me couldn't hear me over the intercom because there was so much noise in the back in there. It could hear they were goofing off. She got my order wrong after I repeated it three times. I don't know if there are young adults in there or teenagers but they just seem to be goofing around when I go there. One time I pulled up to the drive thru window and there was a bee in there. The one that was serving me wouldn't serve me because she was too busy chasing the bee so she had to get somebody else to give me my order. Like I mentioned before, very unprofessional and very rude. I would avoid the Dunkin on 316 Boston Post Road in the Jordan Brooks plaza.
