“This subway is great, but they need to have more people working.
3 people in line (multiples sandwiches being ordered) & online orders coming in, and there’s only 1 person working.
Not only is that frustrating to the customers but I can only imagine how stressed the workers must feel doing everything on their own..“

“I was here today and the server was a newbie that was apologizing because the man in front of me had a problem with his app order … when she got to me I suggested she take a breath because I’m an easy customer.. she expressed concern about losing her job.. “it’s been a lot of negative things happening.” .. I assured her that I appreciated her being here and she’s doing the best she can… I had my order and everything was perfect.. hot and satisfying… I gave her the elbow and said good job!!!
She smiled and said thanks… I told her she’ll be fine..“

“The reason for one star on atmosphere was because I went into the the Wendy's on 7//15/2026 approximately 6:30pm There was no AC it was 100 degrees in there hotter if you was back in the kitchen I am sure! the staff are a great they remained positive and still gave great customer service what a dedicated team that clearly should of walked out and went home I don't understand why there couldn't be a temporary portable AC put in until service was restored to give them some relief from that heat customers were walking right back out upon entering.lastly I wanna say I hope Wendy's management realize they have a great team working for them and in the future maybe reward them and show more care maybe send them home with pay in such situation.“

“I had a great experience here, however my order was super simple, but the woman that waited on me was very cheerful and talked to me the entire time I was there. She said hello when I walked in and have a great day when I left. After coming back from our vacation to PA where everyone was in a bad mood, it was a nice change.“

“Owner is a great guy I had ordered online but it didn't go through he said leave my information he would look into it and fix the situation for me very helpful and the staff that day were great as well bit they definitely do some things they're not suppose to because 1 mentioned the owner was walking in and the other started fixing things like the case were the food goes and they other lady had said do it before he comes in and says something 😀 but still a wonderful experience
