“Assistant Manager Fernando Jr went above and beyond today by personally making and delivering a catering order that I had placed by phone just moments earlier.

I received word that a very dear and close friend of the family passed earlier today. As it is customary to visit the mourning family along with providing a comforting meal, it would have been impossible for me since I reside over 3 hours away. It quickly dawned on me how much Jersey Mike's is loved by everyone and therefore quickly placed a call. My call was answered after just one ring. I explained my situation and was immediately transferred over to Assistant Manager Fernando Jr who had just finished his long day shift and was headed home for the evening.

Assistant Manager Fernando Jr, upon hearing my dilemma, immediately offered his services in assisting me with my situation. He patiently explained the available catering options, took my order, beautifully prepared the large meal order and delivered it personally, two towns away.

I am extremely grateful at the kindness, professionalism and courtesy Assistant Manager Fernando Jr. showed me. He truly exemplifies what the role of management and ownership in Corporate America should be. Thank you!“

“Whoever the people were working Tuesday night wow. I wish it was like this every time. I got the ultimate pepperoni and changed it to their new Deli pepperoni with extra sauce. This pizza is perfect everything cooked just right. The new pepperoni tasted better than the regular pepperoni. The epic stuff crust was perfect just wash it down with the garlic butter. The Tuesday $2 Deal is a great deal. You throw your papa bucks on top of that and save a lot. Great service tonight.“

“By Far Best McDonald's Around! Its not something i get often but when I do The food is always hot/ fresh and most of all the Employees that work here especially at the drive-thru are so respectful and helpful which goes Really Far Nowadays! If you're trying to decide which McDonald's to go to this one won't disappoint you.“

“Yay! I was so happy on my visit today when I spotted Jonathan at work behind the counter! He had always been so fantastic working over at the Sunoco Subway and hoped he was ok after the closing of that location. But he was at the Waterford location today and YAY! Jonathan really goes above and beyond in his interactions with customers...he is always SO polite and professional! He explained all the cleaning that is now in place. You can really tell that he likes working with people and that he is definitely going to go far! I will definitely be visiting more often since I really feel he does a great job at everything! I KNOW my food will be great and the service will be excellent if Jonathan is there! My favorite Subway guy EVER! (and no...I don't know him personally...I'm just really impressed by excellent customer service when I see it!)“

“Me and my guys (Partner and our sons) went after leaving the New London Puerto Rican Festival, after finding that food options had been exhausted at the festival. We got to Choptle about 45 minutes before they were closing. The man at the counter was very nice, patient, and informative. As a mama bear, due to time, I kind of pressured everyone to make decisions so that we can sit, eat, and be out of there without inconveniencing the staff by being there late. He reassured us that we were good for time, helped with dietary decisions, and helped our youngest build his burrito after hearing he wslas going to settle for a bowl.

We made our way out just a couple of minutes after closing time. While in the parking lot, my partner realized that he left his hat on the bench and the staff kindly opened the door and allowed him in to get.“

“I had my first Diary Queen ice cream at the Niantic branch, the heath cup-achino - it had caramel, a chocolate fudge and whippy ice cream. (I can’t remember the exact name. I will definitely have it again and take a photo next time!) It was a sundae. Huge portions. I shared mine with my other half. There was a long queue as everyone was there after the Memorial Parade. I didn’t mind waiting. There’s lots of car parking space outside. It was a take away. The only thing I was sad about was there was no coffee ice cream on the menu. I get that this place is for children, the menu was huge. You don’t want children bouncing off the walls, but adults love ice cream too.“
