Super fast and clean!
I visited JM’s probably 3x a week before covid. Then they all stopped carrying the pre sliced Swiss/prov for the #14 and any time you want it you have to get it on the meat slicer. Wiping it down with a towel that has been sitting in a bucket of sanitizer with meat chunks for a couple hours is not something I can handle as a strict vegetarian.
