“Assistant Manager Fernando Jr went above and beyond today by personally making and delivering a catering order that I had placed by phone just moments earlier.

I received word that a very dear and close friend of the family passed earlier today. As it is customary to visit the mourning family along with providing a comforting meal, it would have been impossible for me since I reside over 3 hours away. It quickly dawned on me how much Jersey Mike's is loved by everyone and therefore quickly placed a call. My call was answered after just one ring. I explained my situation and was immediately transferred over to Assistant Manager Fernando Jr who had just finished his long day shift and was headed home for the evening.

Assistant Manager Fernando Jr, upon hearing my dilemma, immediately offered his services in assisting me with my situation. He patiently explained the available catering options, took my order, beautifully prepared the large meal order and delivered it personally, two towns away.

I am extremely grateful at the kindness, professionalism and courtesy Assistant Manager Fernando Jr. showed me. He truly exemplifies what the role of management and ownership in Corporate America should be. Thank you!“

“Yay! I was so happy on my visit today when I spotted Jonathan at work behind the counter! He had always been so fantastic working over at the Sunoco Subway and hoped he was ok after the closing of that location. But he was at the Waterford location today and YAY! Jonathan really goes above and beyond in his interactions with customers...he is always SO polite and professional! He explained all the cleaning that is now in place. You can really tell that he likes working with people and that he is definitely going to go far! I will definitely be visiting more often since I really feel he does a great job at everything! I KNOW my food will be great and the service will be excellent if Jonathan is there! My favorite Subway guy EVER! (and no...I don't know him personally...I'm just really impressed by excellent customer service when I see it!)“

“I had a great experience at this Subway! The place was clean and had a bright, fresh atmosphere that made it really inviting. My sandwich was made exactly how I wanted — fresh bread, crisp veggies, and generous portions. I also appreciated the ample indoor seating, which made it nice to sit down and enjoy my meal comfortably. Definitely one of the best Subway visits I’ve had!“

“It would have been good . Web site wouldn't show combo meal so I drove there and entered and customer looked at me , then started asking her 5 kids what they wanted , so you know what happened .
I smiled at the worker and said guess I'll be going else where .
So Family pizza for tuna grinder with black olives , extra lettuce .
Got home no black lives , onions 😢.
Can't believe people are that stupid .

“I've always loved going to Jersey Mike's because rheir food is so good but yesterday was different. I ordered online and when I got home after a very long day at work my order was completely wrong. I ordered a number 17 and whatever I got had buffalo sauce which I clearly didn't ask for. when I called they offered for me to go back the same night and they'll remake it but it was late and I didn't want to have to drive all the way back. I was so disappointed because I've never had an issue with them before.“

“I've lived a few blocks away for 2 years but the reviews looked bad so I never tried this location until about 4 months ago. We have now ordered from this place about 5 times online and picked up ourselves and my 17 yr old has walked there to order. Everytime every grinder is perfect!! People are friendly, food is fresh and delicious, what more can I ask for. Sorry I didn't try it sooner.“

“I work with special needs and wasn't able to leave my van , she came out and took my money and made the food for me AND brought it back to me, the thoughtfulness and kindness was so appreciated, I come here a minimum of 1x a week and always great service!
