“I visited JM’s probably 3x a week before covid. Then they all stopped carrying the pre sliced Swiss/prov for the #14 and any time you want it you have to get it on the meat slicer. Wiping it down with a towel that has been sitting in a bucket of sanitizer with meat chunks for a couple hours is not something I can handle as a strict vegetarian. Last night I was out of town and decided to pop in and ask if they would use the back slicer (even though it was probably cleaned and down for the night) expecting to be turned away as the Norwich location has many times to me. To my surprise the gentleman not only said he would do it but didn’t make me feel in any way that I was putting him out. I know my request is annoying to them and someone who doesn’t have these type of issues with meat simply do not understand why I can’t just let them wipe down the meat slicer. Last superbowl I even got JMs for my family and for myself nothing because they wouldn’t slice the cheese on the clean slicer for me. I would never make a big deal about them not doing it or get angry but I do want to make a big deal about how great they made my night. It’s been years since I’ve had JMs. I ate the entire giant in one sitting. It was delicious. I appreciate their efforts and attitude about it so much. Aside from the outstanding service by the gentleman that helped me, the other employees seemed focused and on tasks working on orders and what not even though I was the only person in line as there were online orders. Great experience. Great dinner. Thank you!“

“Not all Jersey Mike’s are created equal! This afternoon I stopped into the Lisbon location and had the pleasure of meeting the store manager, Mike, Peggy, and the rest of the team. I cannot say enough about this particular location!

The staff was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming — looking you in the eye, engaging in conversation, and making you feel like they were happy you were there. The restaurant was bright, clean, and organized… and they may have had some of the reddest tomatoes I’ve ever seen at a Jersey Mike’s!

My sandwich was made to perfection. Great food and even better people. I would absolutely recommend stopping in!“

“It’s not often a place like Subway can blow your expectations out of the water, in fact previously to my experience here I would say it had never happened, however that changed when my sandwich artist Elizabeth provided me with the most scrupulous service. Never in all my sheep hauling days have I encountered lettuce distribution so precise, tomato’s sliced with rigorous attention to detail, or so many options for how the bacon might be served on the sub. When my mouth finally made love to the sweet flavors of my BLT (not BMT) it was like stepping back into my youth. It is with serious doubt that I could expect another experience at a subway as ethereal as this one. Great work!!“

“I was just at subway a couple hours ago, 6-7 pm 2/12/2023 and the gentleman there made me the best subway sandwich. He also was very friendly, made my sandwich perfectly, but the nicest part is it’s the end of the work day and he still had a smile while dealing with me.

Vegetarian options: All of my veggies was crisp and flavorful. Usually I’ll take stuff out if the texture is off but this one was perfect!“

“Stopped after work for my first meal of the day. Chelsea was the only person working and absolutely slammed with orders and working quick, fast, and remained polite despite clearly being overwhelmed at times .
