“I ordered a turkey Club and a ham, bacon, cheese sandwich and both came without bacon. I took it back to the counter and the guy said I didn't order bacon. I said, I did but no matter ,I would be glad to pay for the difference. He promptly put two cold pieces of bacon on each sandwich and then proceeded to toss the plates on to the table for us. I will never be back here again.Update 08/18/19 Well I have gone back and the management has changed staff now and I now rate 4 stars instead of 1. They have really turned it around.The chicken Vermonter is downright addicting it's so good . Great reversal guys. One last thing, please stop cleaning the trays with the same cloth that has never been washed and smells like stale water and you will get 5 starsx. 12/13/24 they have stopped using old cloth to clean the tables so now it is 5 stars . Great turnaround guys“

“Great team that works here! They always do their best to make sure our food is on time (when ordering on the app, which is much better than having to wait in line), and are very friendly and positive. Our orders are always correct and they do their best to accommodate if they're out of a particular ingredient. They've done a great job adapting to the COVID pandemic and were one of the few restaurants that were open for take-out when the state allowed it. My only wish is that they were one of the stores that honors the $5 foot long deals that are advertised.“

“Brooke was awesome. systems went down and unfortunately we had to wait a while but she always had a smile on her face. She was left alone and had to deal with many people in line and she did not lose composure. Keep up he good work Brooke. The world needs more people with your personality. Great job!!!!!!“

“Picked up a Subway grinder (Veggie Patty) after my workout. The subway attendant made a terrific grinder! Politely tried to sell me chips and a drink, although I declined. I didn't get his name (he had dark hair and glasses) or picture of my grinder. The bread and vegetables were fresh, and their environment was very clean. The rest of the store was very clean as well. I highly recommend this Subway if you're just passing through the area.

Vegetarian options: My favorite sub is the Veggie Patty! I can't find it at every Subway, so thank you for carrying this vegetarian option.

Parking: There are plenty(6) of spaces right next to the building. There are more if those fill up but not next to the building.“

“When I noticed this Subway had a 3.8 rating I needed to right that wrong. OK a Subway is pretty much a Subway, but a couple of things to note about this location:

1 - it’s by a nice stream in a very Zen setting (Zen for a Subway, that is….lets just say it’s very pleasant).
2 - it’s impeccably clean.
3 - food is always just as expect (but I guess that’s true for most Subways).

If you’re gonna go to Subway, and you’re in the area, this is the choice.“

“It's good filling and fast. The resurant is very clean. Staff were friendly and efficient. Even with a line, there was no waiting. Fast stop for a good lunch. The resurant is hidden in the back of the building.

Parking: Lots of space“

“I came to Subway to pick up an online order and didn't see my order on the pick up rack so a young man asked if I needed help. I had ordered a few hot subs and the staff actually kept it warm on top of their oven. I was very thankful and impressed by the staff here at Ellington Subway! Thank you again!“
