“The staff is always so friendly! They are very clean always picking up and leaving each experience better then the last! Food is always delicious and consistent. This is the best subway around. Below is a picture of the receipt with the sandwhich. The sandwhich was easy to serve when it was labeled and ready to eat! “Owner is a great guy I had ordered online but it didn't go through he said leave my information he would look into it and fix the situation for me very helpful and the staff that day were great as well bit they definitely do some things they're not suppose to because 1 mentioned the owner was walking in and the other started fixing things like the case were the food goes and they other lady had said do it before he comes in and says something 😀 but still a wonderful experience

Parking: On street parking in the afternoon there's plenty

“I had a morning appointments with my Doc at UCONN Health. I decided to go 'fasting' (not having eaten) to make the blood-work more informative. I also decided to to stop in the nearby Subway and get a 12 inch veggie sub to share with my spouse - her lunch, my brunch. The service was friendly, thorough and delightful. I got the veggies I wanted on a toasted whole grain. It was perfect. I'll be going back.“

“This review is going to be from someone who understands he's leaving a review to subway. The food was good, everything to subway standards imo and they made everything like i wanted. I went to pay and he charged me for the foot long when i wanted a meal. I realize after i paid and told him and he made it up to me by telling me to grab a cup and bag of chips on him and gave me a cookie before i left. Thats customer service.“

“This subway is great, but they need to have more people working.
3 people in line (multiples sandwiches being ordered) & online orders coming in, and there’s only 1 person working.
Not only is that frustrating to the customers but I can only imagine how stressed the workers must feel doing everything on their own..“

I always appreciate when employees actually seem interested connect with you. As someone new to coventry I will definitely be coming back.
