My vegee sub had Italian dressing instead of mayo, and not a lot of content. Upon returning, I dealt with an understanding employee who apologized and remade the sub much better than the first. I would return based on the entire experience, but will also check the meal before leaving the vicinity.“

“Vegetarian options: They only have one vegetarian sandwich, the grilled veggie, which is very tasty. Salads can be made vegetarian. If you're very strict on not eating meat, have allergies to meat or have religious issues with cows/beef, I'd opt for a different restaurant because the grill is shared for all grilled sandwiches and little pieces of steak are inevitable.“

“We ( my husband and myself) stopped in around 2:30 Sunday afternoon as I had a BOGO coupon . I ordered a toasted tuna blt, bacon was extra , my husband had a toasted Italian . Used the coupon👍, my husband came out put the sandwiches in the back seat , and the associate came out to get the tuna as the bacon was not put on it .he asked if he could have it and he’d bring it back out but my husband went in to wait ,

“I am leaving this place with the biggest smile on my face. Suzanne takes you in and makes you feel right at home! The best customer service I have ever received. I visited alone 1000 miles from home and never felt better about saying yes to the dress. She truly has a heart for her customers and has pride in what she does! “I'm from South Florida and I've had my share of Cuban sandwiches. This one , with the wine grilled onions... omg so yummy! This kitchen is tucked inside the blingy pinky Rock and Rye bar, which tends to get lively later in the night.

To be precise, I would give this review a 4.5. For the price, I would have liked to have some kind of slaw or side salad.
But, it really was the best Cuban sandwich I've ever had! I had the Croqueta Special, it was juicy and flavorful.
I opted for the yucca fries and they were good too. Yucca is naturally a "dry" root veg, but these were crispy and still had a moistness to them. I dipped them in the chimi mojo sauce- The yucca is great when it's paired with a bold sauce like the mojo chimi.

Overall, my order was excellent. I'll have to go back and try the other sandwiches. ?“

“I just spent $40+ on 2 giant #13s and 2 sodas. The bread was so hard (stale) that I could hardly eat it. This is not the first time I got stale bread, but tonight's was the worst. This Jersey Mike's used to be good, but not anymore. Needless to say, I'm extremely disappointed and will think twice before I go there again. The bread in the pic is from a quarter of the sandwich.“

I drive past two subways to get to this location the girls who work there are so friendly and I’ve become a regular that we have conversations about their kids, my family & other topics I never feel rushed out the door, food is always fresh & the store is so clean.. I’ve read some past reviews from previous years and from my understanding they are under new owner ship also a few complaints about the hours or operations.. why would you order a sandwich 20 minutes before a store closes or first thing 8am sharp? You don’t know we are all humans traffic is a real thing, people have family emergencies and have to close early stop complaining over things that are some times out of our control just Miserable and bored if you ask me.“

“This is my go-to location, the food is always made correctly and service is typically prompt when I place an order online for pickup. I wouldn't recommend stopping in in the later evenings though (past 6-7). The waitress essentially said my husband was a liar because she wasn't able to find our order. Poof! There it was! And we had to wait another 20 minutes because it was overlooked.“
