I ordered a Mediterranean veggie sandwich for lunch and it was so amazing that I ended up stopping on my way home and picking up dinner for the family. I was able to customize some of the sandwiches through the app and they got everything right. The ingredients were so fresh and the sandwich was so well made that it didn’t fall apart. Everything was perfect. We will be ordering from you guys again and again. Thank you!!!!!
A standard Panera in a high traffic shopping area. Saturday at lunch time, we waited nearly 20 minutes for food, but not because staff was slow, more because it was busy. The food was usual Panera high quality, with especially fresh baguette.
Consistently the perfect place for me to stop and have lunch. Good food and service.

The wait time for food is short, around 7 to 10 minutes, even during busy lunch hours. The workers are always polite, which is impressive considering the challenges of working in places seen as temporary jobs. Customers recommend the Mac and cheese, Chipotle chicken melt, and the green tea.
However, some customers found the loud food order announcements and unfamiliar ordering process slightly confusing. The dining area is clean and bright with plenty of seating, but the service can be slow, with one customer waiting 40 minutes for a lunch order for 2 people. Another customer who ordered on the mobile app waited 30 minutes for a half sandwich and soup, despite arriving before the lunch rush. While the food is fresh and hot, some customers feel it is overpriced for the quality, quantity, and service speed.
