“I came in 7 minutes before they closed, told them I knew it was late and was fine if they just wanted to go home, as I could only imagine the frustration of someone last minute. They said it was okay and took my order, nothing big just two items and verified with them it was alright to be ordering extras like fries that late. Turns out they had two people call out and so it seemed to just be 3 of them holding down the fort. Anyways tipped them in cash and thanked them. As for the food?
Burger? BOMB.
Fries? BOMB.
Don’t come in late like I did though, they don’t deserve that, tip them they definitely deserve that.

“Food, service, vibes — 5 stars. A hidden gem in Norwich, CT. We have had nothing but the most wonderful of experiences at the Chill & Grill. It is my daughter's favorite restaurant — such a friend, safe, accessible restaurant that is, without fail, so clean and welcoming. The staff is so lovely and kind. Every time we have been in, everyone is so sweet and working so hard. So much so that I felt compelled to write a review. Thank you for being our happy place!“

“I have been coming to Yantic subway for many years. Have had birthday parties there and will continue to do-the same. The staff is so receiving and thoughtful in their service. “I had a great experience at this Subway! The place was clean and had a bright, fresh atmosphere that made it really inviting. My sandwich was made exactly how I wanted — fresh bread, crisp veggies, and generous portions. I also appreciated the ample indoor seating, which made it nice to sit down and enjoy my meal comfortably. Definitely one of the best Subway visits I’ve had!“

This is our go to for breakfast while at Mohegan Sun. It opens at 9 which is a little late for my liking but the staff is great and the prices are normal and are not casino high.
Definitely a great spot for a great meal.“

“I've always loved going to Jersey Mike's because rheir food is so good but yesterday was different. I ordered online and when I got home after a very long day at work my order was completely wrong. I ordered a number 17 and whatever I got had buffalo sauce which I clearly didn't ask for. when I called they offered for me to go back the same night and they'll remake it but it was late and I didn't want to have to drive all the way back. I was so disappointed because I've never had an issue with them before.“
“Excellent food for the price, it was cheap but it was delicious. The daily specials are always something delicious and the customer service is always on point. One thing I personally like is the "secret menu" that they are developing. The staff members are always friendly and my food did not take long to be prepared from when it was ordered.“
“I’ve been to this location many times on my lunch break, and I prefer this location over the one closest to my home. The sandwich artists are always so nice, respectful, and attentive. I’m always greeted with a smile. Even the manager is a very nice gentleman. The atmosphere is very clean, cleaner than many full-service Subways I’ve been too, and my order is always correct, made in a timely
manner, neatly made, and not thrown together. I have nothing bad to say about this location; they are the standard for customer service and cleanliness.“

“This has been a terrible week for my family. My cat died, my son got in an awful car accident, and my bank account was hacked. All this and I lost power during the storm and all my refrigerated and frozen was lost. All my disabled daughter and I wanted was some comfort food. Went here with 2 $5 gift cards and some change. Went to pay and the gift cards didn't work. It took me like 30 minutes to get it straightened out. I was dying of embarrassment the whole time and with everything else going on I was very close to a meltdown. I write all this because the young girls at the counter were so kind, respectful and patient with me the entire time. No eye rolls, no signs of frustration, just excellent customer service. You can get Subway anywhere, customer service if this caliber not do much. When I get my money straight I will definitely come back and give these girls a much better tip.“
“I've lived a few blocks away for 2 years but the reviews looked bad so I never tried this location until about 4 months ago. We have now ordered from this place about 5 times online and picked up ourselves and my 17 yr old has walked there to order. Everytime every grinder is perfect!! People are friendly, food is fresh and delicious, what more can I ask for. Sorry I didn't try it sooner.“

“I went to Wendy's on Colman Ave In New London, CT. And It was an Amazing experience!... First of all I read a few reviews about cleanliness and can say it was very clean and smelled great!... There was a very pleasant and very Good Looking man named Danny that was busy Cleaning up and he was smiling like crazy and very polite and helpful with all my questions about the area. Then after receiving my Food he held the door open for me like a proper Gentleman and still smiling with Beautiful Blue Eyes!. Highly recommend this Wendy's!“

“Usually this Wendy's has been really slow in the past but I just wanna say whatever they're paying Kyle I believe his name was he may have said Ky, either way pay that gentleman more! He was friendly, addressed everything super easily for me (my wife is complicated)...that dude is on his way places...you never know how far manors and being respectful can get you. He made an otherwise annoying errand for my wife, super quick and easy!!“

“Typical Panda Express chain. Can get busy during lunch time and lines form. Garbage can pile up as its not taken out in a timely manner. I think the place is severely understaffed. I feel bad for the workers. Food is ok no complaints, ample serving. We were staying at the nearby Great Wolf Lodge (GWL) . It is quite a walk from there! If you have a small child better bring a stroller. Otherwise you can drive, parking is free. Great for lunch or bring it to go back to the GWL to eat.“
