I mean.....its Panda Express so. Its not fine dining. Its a chain with poor to mediocre food at best. Also, I'm still bitter that the fast casual chinese place Noodles over by rainmaker never reopened because their food was bomb. It was also open late. I was craving more of a salty savory option at night which luckily was right before 9:00. When you walk in it's very clean. However, because of the time I came, there weren't many food options left.
