Neo and the rest of the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. They provided excellent service and made the whole experience enjoyable. Great store with welcoming smiles—I highly recommend it!
Halfway through our drizzly 12 hour road trip home, we stopped at the mysterious town of Mystic, CT, for gas and a quick bite. Out of the thick haze beckoned the neon orange-and-pink sign of a Dunkin’, the perfect spot for us to reprieve our famished bodies. We ordered donuts and a matcha, but were so blinded by the incredible customer service of Jack and Keever that we drove off without getting the matcha.
