Vegetarian options: They are wonderful about substituting or add/subtracting things if you specify vegetarian. And I it comes out fresh and hot so I really feel like they do so...people get skeptical about if they care or not and just say it is. But that's what convinces me.
Parking: Parking is only hectic when people can't drive.

My experience us only drive thru, and it's been great so far. No complaints. I've gone in a few times near closing hours and have gotten a donut or two for free. It doesn't happen all the time, but it's a nice gesture every once in a while.
