Growing up i used to come here all of the time and loved it (early 2000s). While back in town visiting I was so excited to have my daughter try it. Pasta was dry, very little sauce on it. The Alfredo that was on it had no flavor. Very expensive for what you got. Most of ours went in the trash. Hubby was based here in 2001-2004. We recently brought our kids and my parents to CT from Texas for a trip. We knew we had to eat at our favorite place. Paul's Pasta did not disappoint, even after 20 years. The garlic salad dressing is so delicious. We had the perfect family meal. Our waitress was so kind and made sure I got the last 2 cannoli that were left that evening. Our kids asked to go back the next day for lunch, so we did. 5 stars!!! Welcoming atmosphere, nice menu with small and big portions. Water view. And really nice pasta. I got the breaded chicken on top of fettuccine Alfredo. I’d love to come again. Alexa was a nice waitress. Breaded chicken over fettuccine and eggplant over spaghetti.
