The New London Sub Base location is an embarrassment. The employees do not know how to use the loyalty program. They have no desire to move with any sense of urgency.The issue with the rewards has been ongoing for years, and I get the same response from both the location and corporate.This location needs to be fixed or closed so another fast food place with customer service and a competent staff can take its place.

Over 35min wait for burger and shake out of several items. Less than 10 people in restaurant with 8 of them waiting. Its always like this at the base location, honestly not sure why I ever think it'll be different.

Stopped in after shopping towards the end of the day. Not too many people were there, so we ordered burgers for 4 of us. Found out that they were out of American cheese so we had to opt fire Swiss, had chedder and monterey jack cheeses too. But was disappointed that we had to substitute it out. Staff were friendly and helpful and we did get a lot of fries for a regular size. Burgers were ok, would have liked to have had a little more sauce on them. We did wait a little bit for the order but that was expected since the burgers were made to order when you ordered them.

This place is disgusting. My order is always wrong or burnt. I would also like to know when the last time a health inspector visited this place. They have used utensils just sitting on shelves being used over and over again for different orders. The staff also seem like they are just out of it.

They compare themselves to 5 guys, I don't eat fast food often but I thought with them claiming to be better than a place I liked, I'd try. Honestly not even close, way too greasy and slow even when they weren't busy.
Great food, excellent service, reasonable prices. My friend had a special order on his burger and they stepped out from behind the counter to check with him for clarification on the order, rather than just making an assumption. It was impressively proactive and not the sort of thing you'd see in an ordinary fast food joint. I definitely plan on going back.

Ordered Wayback on my lunch break ordered a Classic Burger and fries , I was expecting it too be a pile of grease. It wasn’t it was a fresh burger with fresh veggies on top . I was impressed good people making fresh fast food and the customer service is was pleasantly they treated me well and took good care of me . Would recommend coming again !
