Stopped in after shopping towards the end of the day. Not too many people were there, so we ordered burgers for 4 of us. Found out that they were out of American cheese so we had to opt fire Swiss, had chedder and monterey jack cheeses too. But was disappointed that we had to substitute it out. They compare themselves to 5 guys, I don't eat fast food often but I thought with them claiming to be better than a place I liked, I'd try. Honestly not even close, way too greasy and slow even when they weren't busy.

Great food, excellent service, reasonable prices. My friend had a special order on his burger and they stepped out from behind the counter to check with him for clarification on the order, rather than just making an assumption. It was impressively proactive and not the sort of thing you'd see in an ordinary fast food joint. I definitely plan on going back.
