Today at 9:30am, I stopped in to get a quick bite to eat
Ordered avo toast with egg and cheese. The toast was cold, the egg was cold. I spoke to the manager. I told her and her response was well the avacado is cold. That doesn't cool down the toast and egg so much that doesn't cool down hot toast and egg to cold, warm maybe not cold. Placed order for drive thru pickup via app. Picked up food after receiving text that order was ready. On pick up, order receipt on outside had all items listed. Got home to find one main item+side missing.
Called location and received horrible customer service. Basically they can charge me for whatever, not fill the order properly, but to receive a refund or even credit on the app, I have to go in person. Then I called central Panera and they almost instantly credited...read full review
