The food at the Place is simple but DELICIOUS (especially the roast clam special)! The service is quick and super friendly, and there's no better place on the Shoreline for casual outdoor dining.
The Place should be renamed "The HAPPY Place!" The food was among the best I've ever had, the staff were friendly and helpful in making recommendations, and the atmosphere was laid-back and comfortable. We had the opportunity to meet the owners, two brothers, who were lovely people with an obvious love for this treasure of a place. I can't wait to return!!!

Put your rump on a stump. Good casual outdoor place that allows BYOB and BYO side dishes. Roasted clams, corn and veggie kebabs are some of my favorites. Wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty as it's likely to happen here between the outdoor setting and the small paper plates and napkins. Friendly and fast services. While located on rte 1 isn't the best location, take a seat towards the back to avoid the road view. Little bit pricy for what it is but still a good time....read full review
