Everyone commented on how flavorful the cake was, but the artistic talent of the baker/decorator took centerstage!!! The cake was so beautiful, we didn’t want to cut into it!!! “I had my first Amazing Ackee experience years ago at the Ellington Farmer’s Market, and I’m still enjoying alllll their offerings today. What can I say about all the great food?? Well, I’ve never not liked anything, and I thoroughly enjoy anything I’ve eaten. I love to stock up on the patties especially. As a busy vegetarian, they’re a great way to have a satisfying, healthy, quick meal any day. Beautiful people, beautiful food! In fact, I’m going to stock up again soon.
