It's a shame I can't give this place negative stars. Don't bother going here and wasting your money, somehow they will mess up your order after you've corrected them three times, and then over ice it so much that it's bursting at the seams and you can't even get a straw in it and when asked for Less ice they just fish out the ice and don't fill the negative space and when finally tasting it it's all wrong again. You need to train your employees better, or... At all.

Went here yesterday and ordered 2 coffees and asked for a cup of water. They absolutely refused to give me water, or ice. What kind of food establishment / restaurant refuses to provide water (especially on a hot day)!?! That is atrocious! It also seemed a bit grungy in there. Definitely will not go back to this Dunkin

Went there on a Sunday afternoon. Was going to order after using the bathroom. The bathrooms were absolutely filthy as was the store itself with papers and litter all over the place and not a employee to be found. Would never consider eating anything that came from this store.

Absolutely horrible service. We ordered a few coffee’s, including a small hot black coffee. They didn’t secure the lid on it and it spilled ALL OVER my mother in law’s leg in the parking lot. My fiancé ran back inside asking for some ice because she was in pain, and they told him they couldn’t give him ice. He explained what happened and said his mother just got burned due to the lid on the coffee they just gave and needed ice. He then asked if he could buy a cup of ice. They said no, he asked if he could buy a cup of coffee without the coffee, they said no again and then said if he kept “Causing a problem they would ask him to leave”.they stated it was “Corporate policy to not give ice”. My mother in law now has a severe burn on her leg that could have been mostly prevented had she been given ice.

Mistakes happened on both customer and cashier side. I said my order backwards but realized quickly then corrected it. He didn't fix it in the system. I was treating for my band so 5 people ordered after me. It got confusing. I don't blame him for that part. I made an attempt to try and get it fixed. Cashier started getting defensive claiming he didn't make a mistake and was starting to get loud. We were stuck in a loop that continued to get louder. My friends actually had to step in. The cashier did not defuse the situation, only added fuel. He didn't apologize for the way he treated me. Bad customer service. Do not recommend.

Ordered a glazed stick to go along with my coffee and HBs. Used the mobile app so my bag was perched up on the shelf like a parrot in a cage, but there was no glazed stick. They never mentioned being out and hoped I just walked out and forgot. But I didn't. The fact It’s not even noon yet and I’m supposed to belive all 45 we’re taken?

Waited at the counter to order for 10 min and then when I did. I was told by an employee that he was too overwhelmed so he is not going to make any food. There were 4 people in the place. Truly unacceptable.

The absolute worst Dunkin’ Donuts. It takes upwards of 20 minutes for a mobile order to be completed. The staff is very rude and unprofessional.

I placed an order, the team members were laughing at me while placing the order. They then proceeded to take and give everyone else in the store their order before mine. I was there for about 15 minutes waiting. Then when they did give me the food they looked at one another and started laughing at me once again. I said thank you and left but I will not be coming back here. Being that I was the only person of color in that store it just felt racist.
