Ordered a glazed stick to go along with my coffee and HBs. Used the mobile app so my bag was perched up on the shelf like a parrot in a cage, but there was no glazed stick. They never mentioned being out and hoped I just walked out and forgot. But I didn't. The fact It’s not even noon yet and I’m supposed to belive all 45 we’re taken?

Waited at the counter to order for 10 min and then when I did. I was told by an employee that he was too overwhelmed so he is not going to make any food. There were 4 people in the place. Truly unacceptable.

They slow !!!!! It’s not even busy they don’t even have a drive-through and it still takes like 10 minutes for an order. They need to move with a purpose.

The absolute worst Dunkin’ Donuts. It takes upwards of 20 minutes for a mobile order to be completed. The staff is very rude and unprofessional.

This location sucks. waited 50 minutes because they lost our ticket just for milk as coffee and burnt food. Staff was laughing as we asked for a refund.

I placed an order, the team members were laughing at me while placing the order. They then proceeded to take and give everyone else in the store their order before mine. I was there for about 15 minutes waiting. Then when they did give me the food they looked at one another and started laughing at me once again. I said thank you and left but I will not be coming back here. Being that I was the only person of color in that store it just felt racist.

I go here almost everyday before heading to work (quinnipiac)Went today 3-7-24 asked for 3 Carmel swirls,3cream 4 liquid sugar and like young lady gave me coconut or vanilla something I’m allergic two this is not the first time his particular young lady made my coffee and messes it up. You can’t call because the phones are never working or they nvr pick up the worst dunking I ever been too

Always backed up or behind on orders because they can’t multitask and are slow behind the counter. They don’t look like the cleanest people according to nails, hair and clothes. Their attitudes suck whenever you tell them that they have your order messed up especially when you made it clear. Not best place to spend your money.

My food and drink was fine, but my friend's experience was abysmal. The guy who's shift ended at 1:15 today was exceptionally rude. He took a phone call while she was ordering and when we had a complaint about our drink (which we get the same thing every time) not tasting right, he snatched it out of her hands to remake it and made a snide comment about how it was "all that sugar". We just wanted some extra milk on the side. When he handed the remake back to my friend, he gave her a dirty look.
