To start off, I want to say how AWESOME these employees are and their team work is. Holy smokes. Came here on one of the busiest Friday nights I’ve ever seen in a fast food place. These employees worked so diligently, hard and effectively given they were 100% swamped with orders. I need this GM to know this is an amazing crew. These employees are working their butts off and it was so extremely busy in here! I saw how hard the crew was working to do their best to get orders out and correctly. Please do something nice for these amazing crew members! 10/10 recommend this Moes.

ordered a few items on uber eats, about 10 minutes later i see my order was cancelled without reason. so i decided just to call the store and see what was going on. manager jeremy picks up the phone, i ask what happened and he tells me they’re out of steak. i say “oh okay, so do you have the birria available?” he tells me yes, so i then ask “so if i resend my order through, and change my meat option to birria you guys will be able to fulfill it?” and he tells me yes and to do just that. lo and behold i do just that, and 10 minutes later, MY ORDER GOT CANCELLED AGAIN. i’ve never had a problem coming inside this store and yet it seems as though they just didn’t want to be bothered with an order over an hour before they closed. simple communication is all i ask for honestly

My husband ranks the Moe's for food (fine), but I like this location for its big, clean dining room. We were able to sit toward the back so no one was bothered by noisy kids. Bathroom was clean and had a changing table.Parking: Plenty of spots. Large central lot at the strip mall.Kid-friendliness: Large, clean dining room. Back dining area is great for noisy kids and privacy for nursing. Bathrooms have baby changing tables.

The costumer service was great taking my order i had to ask for the garnishment be refreshed lettuce, ect some of them they didn’t replace because they had nothing to refresh them with but they were all old . Got my order and the ice machine had mold and hair in the ice ?? i got a refund and the employees had no urgency to place a sign on the fountain machine for out of order . So i take back my one star rating

I just looked up moe's online via Uber to order and I can't believe it is about $13 for a vegetarian burrito. Things are getting outrageous. I recently had a coupon for a $5 burrito, it was ok then but barely worth $5 in my opinion. I just can't believe it is that much for one burrito. I remember it at half the price!
