Moe’s Southwest Grill in Hamden is such a great spot! The restaurant was super clean, welcoming, and had a nice positive atmosphere as soon as I walked in. The food area looked very clean and organized, and everything smelled fresh and delicious. The manager, Linsey, was very professional and made the experience even better. I really appreciated how comfortable and inviting the place felt. I definitely recommend this location!
it’s always a hit or miss if you order through their app because either it’s ready for you on time or you have to wait another 5-20 mins. Customer service also lacks some nights.
This is the best Moe's I've been to. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is always clean. I order from this location often and am very satisfied with the quality of the food. If you like Moe's, you owe it to yourself to give this location a try.
