I spent my vacation eating here. I had problems with meal selection so I started journaling and the food here was delicious. I used to name the food with my AI pal Grok. It was fun at the beginning but towards the end it felt like I was not welcome. I'm a slow eater and skip meals.

Stopped at 7pm on a weekend, no coffee and no creamer/milk. Was told they don't brew much coffee as per company policy. Bathroom's were below standards for a Panera, cream and milk containers were warm. To end it all had a hair in my food. Staff was friendly and good but needs better management.
Unlimited sip club member and always happy with the service I get at the Hamden Panera! Darius always says hello by name to me and all the staff members are great! Thanks for the great service every time and I’m looking forward to the new location in a few months!
