Let me start by saying that I have been patronizing the Popeyes in Hamden for decades. In the past two years or so, I have noticed the quality and taste of the food has declined tremendously. Well, today was the icing on the cake. Every single thing that I ordered was DISGUSTING! The fried chicken including the tenders as well as the biscuits were ROCK HARD, and reminiscent of improperly cooked or old food. The mashed potatoes and cole slaw had a weird taste.
