I buy their meals for lunch and they are delicious and healthy too. Good size servings. My favorite is their steak.

HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Strong Kitchen. Their meals are hands down delicious and the flavor in each one is insane. SK will change your opinion completely about what you think a meal service meal tastes like with how delicious they are, the amount of flavor each has, the variety and the freshness. From their main meals, to their breakfast burritos and chicken burritos, down to their cookies, oatmeals and even strawberry peach greek yogurt, they hit a home run in every category. If you are thinking "oh no a meal prep service it wont taste good after a few days" think again because i have never in my life eaten chicken that tasted better than SK's and this is after it is microwaved too. If you are looking to stop spending tons of money on Doordash to eat good food, looking to make your life 100x easier, or properly fuel your body, try out SK!!!!

This review is long overdue. I’ve been a Strong Kitchen customer for 6 years, and the service they provide has been life-changing. I’ve tried several other meal prep services and The Strong Kitchen is - hands down - the best tasting by far. The food is fresh, flavorful and healthy. The menu changes and offers plenty of options so you don’t get tired of the same meals over and over again. But the most valuable benefit is the amount of time I save. No grocery shopping, no planning out meals or cooking. I simply heat a meal up and eat. It’s definitely worth a try, and once you do you may never want to cook again ?

Not only were the meals delicious, the portions were exactly what i need to fuel me during my journey during my journey to lose a few pounds!
