This is not fast food. It is fresh prepared food. The burgers are always prepared to order as well as the fries. The tables are always clean and the trash areas is always neat. The employees are always friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this Hamden location.

It was our first experience at wayback burgers. It was my mother, my 10-year-old, my 2-year-old, my 10 year old's best friend, and IWe all got burgers and milkshakes and then we got a couple of fries to split between everybody.My milkshake, was a key lime pie milkshake, and that was the one thing I didn't really like too much. It was the aftertaste. I think they forgot to add graham crackers to it. The picture shows graham cracker crumbs but I really don't think...

Could not get the cashier to speak up and was not helpful in any way.

Vegetarian options: Impossible burgers are a choice.

Parking: No issues in free parking lot
