Steven is an outstanding and famous BK employee in the Hartford county! I’ve been coming to this BK restaurant in Hartford, CT for years, and Steven consistently delivers incredible customer service! He’s always positive, polite, and delivers his famous “welcome to BK catch phrase” to every car at drive thru.

I get out of work late sometimes and will order food from BK at night usually around 11pm. My food is always served hot and fresh no matter what time I order my food!

I highly recommend Steven to be in one of the BK commercials, you won’t regret it. Steven consistently delivers outstanding customer service and says BK welcome phrases that are beyond memorable and famous in the Hartford county!

Steven could lift any one’s spirit who’s having a bad day. I believe Steven is the manager but I hope to see him own this restaurant one day he’s beyond respectful, kind, and hard working!

Drive thru very fresh

I went in with my family expecting to be able to order inside but every single worker just looked at us like we were crazy and continued to serve the drive thru. If this establishment is drive thru only they should have a sign up or something and not have tables available for people to eat at. I gladly took my business elsewhere to a restaurant that actually serves people dine in orders.

I ordered multiple items, but unfortunately, all of them had a bad smell. The quality was extremely disappointing—this is the worst food I’ve ever had in the United States. Definitely not what I expected from Burger King!

Burger King was always my favorite growing up. Unfortunately like all fast food its grown ridiculously expensive. Makes me wonder when they will price themselves out of business. This particular BK had been remodeled which is nice but definitely cut out the dine in experience. However its still got a solid foothold on Farmington Avenue with very little competition except for KFC. My suggestion would be to make it 24 hours.

I had early morning breakfast & although the service was fast, my small coffee I ordered sweet & lite was actually Luke warm and tasted burnt... there were only 2 people dining in and 1 car in drive-thru... hash browns were hot & tasty , biscuit hot & good... I won't order anymore coffee there.

First I ordered a classic melt and a large water was given a small coke charged for a small coke and my classic wasn’t a classic it had bacon on eat I don’t eat pork had to throw the entire sandwich away no time to turn around’ Drive thru ladies don’t listen and the one who took the order didn’t tell the lady at the window it was supposed to be a water . They could of got me really sick if I didn’t look at the sandwich first

Poor service it’s snowing outside and I understand if you had a line at the window but there wasn’t a line. I approached the window saying I had a mobile pick up I was forced to park and walk thru snow while the employee could have simply said sure but if there’s a line I can’t do that next time. It doesn’t cost to be friendly
