“l went with my grandmother yesterday in to the dine in a female name Alize she was very nice she make sure my whole order was right very welcoming us in , the tables were very clean 😇😇last time l went in there it was very disappointing there was a female in the front she ignored me l wait almost 40 mins to get my order she was rude l always go through drive thru and she always takes care of my order everytime l get to the window she is always asking me if l would like any sauce or ketchup she is very great and she moves fast and always has my order right very good customer service shout out to the female she does a great job 👏 👏👏“

“At this BK you have it YOUR way! The staff are always polite and I usually order through the app and breeze through the drive thru- busy mom on the road with hungry teenagers. Download the app if you haven't already. Those rewards come in handy. The new nerd drinks are a kid favorite and they have the How to train a dragon promo right now. The sundae with the green and black crumble was yummy. BK is never a miss on Airport Rd especially late night! My family approves of this location🥰“

I’ve been coming to this BK restaurant in Hartford, CT for years, and Steven consistently delivers incredible customer service! He’s always positive, polite, and delivers his famous “welcome to BK catch phrase” to every car at drive thru.

I get out of work late sometimes and will order food from BK at night usually around 11pm. My food is always served hot and fresh no matter what time I order my food!

I highly recommend Steven to be in one of the BK commercials, you won’t regret it. Steven consistently delivers outstanding customer service and says BK welcome phrases that are beyond memorable and famous in the Hartford county!

Steven could lift any one’s spirit who’s having a bad day. I believe Steven is the manager but I hope to see him own this restaurant one day he’s beyond respectful, kind, and hard working!“

Despite the area it's it is very well maintained by staff. Staff is nice and professional somewhat The only part that got me was they do not do table service like McDonald's. So there's no one going to bring your food to your table. You have to get up and walk back from your table to get it something to keep in mind. Table service. Is a plus and your establishment?
