Found this place while in Hartford for a work conference and will seriously drive over an hour to go back on a date night! We were a group of 8 and we were all extremely happy with our food. Everyone expressed that it all had great flavor. I personally had the churrasco mofongo and it was one of the best I’ve had (and anytime I go to a restaurant where they serve it, it’s what I order!). First time dining at Caribe and it was really good. The empanadas were great. We also had CERDO pork and CAMARONES shrimp. Both were amazing. The fried plantains are excellent. The service was excellent and the food was served quickly. I would definitely go back.
