I placed an order for pizza and a side of fries, and it was honestly disappointing from start to finish. It took 1 hour and 30 minutes for my order to arrive. By the time it got here, the pizza was cold, and the fries were a tiny portion and cold—they looked more like a snack-sized bag of hot fries than an actual side order.
I tried calling to address the issue, but the person who answered the phone was rude and completely uninterested in hearing my complaint. Customer service is just as important as the food, and unfortunately, both fell short this time.
Very disappointing experience overall. 👎

The pizza here is absolutely amazing, especially the Chicken Ranch, Buffalo Chicken, and Mediterranean varieties. I’ve been coming to this place for 20 years, and I can honestly say I’ve never tasted better pizza anywhere else. It easily ranks among my top five favorite pizza places. Highly recommended!

I was very disappointed with the quality of the Xtra large pizza..it did not taste fresh and the best thing out of the whole experience was the delivery driver he was kind enough to go get a beverage for my dinner because the owner didn't send my soda
