Alright, there is no better Jerk Pork in the United States than Destiny Awaits. From the first bite, I felt like I had just swung by a jerk center in Port Antonio!
I have never tasted such truly authentic food in all of the United States. What was most interesting to me is that the jerk meats have the flavor of being smoked on Pimento wood, which I don't understand how they could have emulated in Hartford, CT.

THE best Jamaican food I've had! The staff is quick & friendly & prices are very low ESPECIALLY when you consider the amount of food you get. Try the mac & cheese, it's amazing. They stay open very late too
Parking: The parking lot is a bit small but I've never had a problem parking more than a minute walk to the door
