Had the pleasure of grabbing a hibachi plate from this place when they were parked outside of a winery yesterday. Found the owner to be very nice and the food delicious. Loved the choices of sauces for the hibachi, it ain't ever complete without that yum-yum and ginger sauce!

I absolutely love Elo’s food truck. I had the hibachi steak plate and it was so flavorful and the steak was cooked just right. Oh and I can’t forget the cheeseburger egg rolls! So good ask some yum yum sauce to dip it in, you won’t regret it! Can’t wait to come back!

I’ve has Elo’s several times and it is always delicious! My favorites are the lo mein and the egg rolls! Also very generous potions.
Love this food truck except they were supposed to be somewhere today and we went and they never showed up and the place where they were suppose to be never heard from them. Not good service
