Fire by Forge Reviews
My hubby and I went for dinner here with some friends and had a great experience! Best mussels I ever had in my life and we both loved the fries too! Service was friendly and quick, especially for a party of 8 people. They also have some innovative mocktails! Highly recommended!
Through the grapevine (social media pages I follow), we heard that Chef Van Hurd from Season 6 of Hell's Kitchen was now the executive chef here at Fire By Forge! So naturally, we pulled up to check it out! (Disclaimer: Chef told me that he was so new there that his featured items hadn't hit the menu at that time. ALSO, he's been long gone from there at the time of this review.) So anyway, here's how things went!

Fire by Forge is a well-lit restaurant with a cool building and ample seating space. The lunch menu offers a variety of options, including boa buns, onion soup, steak sandwich, and the Cuban. The restaurant provides a laid back vibe and is known for its purpose of supporting local disadvantaged workers and the surrounding community. Guests have called the pork chops and slaw dressed salad excellent, while the mole BBQ on wings and tacos have also received high praise. The warm and beautiful atmosphere, along with the impeccable service and the restaurant's mission as a non-profit, make it an impressive and noteworthy establishment. The dining area is set in a warehouse environment but remains very open and accommodating. The breakfast menu features super decadent banana-chocolate French toast and the best breakfast tacos ever, filled with softly scrambled eggs and perfect turkey sausage. The restaurant is also recognized for its support of the staff and its involvement in the community, enhancing the overall wonderful experience. Parking is available through valet service, with some street parking options as well. The bill includes a 19% equity charge to support an organization doing good for the community, with optional tipping on top.
