The food is Authentic and the owner is cool. He made me my own special jerk sauce for my jerk chicken. That was very nice of him. The atmosphere here is centric and vibrant with many different mini restaurants inside from other cultures. Love ❤️ it.

I had it both at the location and at Hartford festival. Both times jerk chicken lacking flavor from underseasoning and no jerk flavor. It needs to have pimento if it’s going to absorb the smoke flavor. It needs onion, garlic, paprika, thyme, and scallions. It has to marinate in seasoning overnight so that the flavor can penetrate to the bones. You can ever splash a bit of Beer. At the very least use salt or the bottled jerk seasoning.
