KFC in Hartford, CT has a mixed reputation. While the food is often praised for its quality and taste, service can be inconsistent. The customer service is top tear and the staff did a great job. The restaurant was so clean, and the parking lot is tidy. The food was extremely delicious. Customers like the $5 fill ups, macaroni and cheese, chicken littles, and saucy chicken nuggets. Overall, KFC in Hartford offers a decent dining experience, but customers should be prepared for potential service issues.
