Naugy: staff seem pretty nice but they’re not adding the points even when asking for your app code - usually when they don’t say your name that’s a sign - if that happens there’s a quick way to add them: (as of 2026) select more, add missing points, enter receipt details.. enter info.. submit. Takes a few minutes For the points to upload but it does work.
Service and food is terrible
Stopped here while visiting Hartford City. The food was fresh however It felt dead. Barely any To employees having to use the kiosks. The service did feel slow even though it was not even busy.
