I come here when its Monopoly time. The staff here are great, very busy, they keep the place clean and your food shows up as soon as you click order on your app.
I usually have a issue when visiting here however I do appreciate that the supervisor if needed corrects the situation.
Naugy: staff seem pretty nice but they’re not adding the points even when asking for your app code - usually when they don’t say your name that’s a sign - if that happens there’s a quick way to add them: (as of 2026) select more, add missing points, enter receipt details.. enter info.. submit. Takes a few minutes For the points to upload but it does work.

However, there have been mixed experiences with breakfast orders, including a case where a customer received bacon egg and cheese on a bagel instead of steak egg and cheese. Overall, the team is dedicated to customer service, with managers like Anna ensuring that orders are correct and that customers feel valued.
