If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Owner is insanely disrespectful to his staff in front of customers. I wonder what he is like when theres nobody around. He is too old to be acting this way and I hope the way he lives and treats people comes back to him. He clearly already lives a miserable life.

I grew up on this place. Seeing its downfall is honestly saddening. Food is stale and expensive. Owners are cutting corners to maximize their profit and it shows. Not to mention the already bad reputation this bakery has. Lots of legal trouble.

Also, with the way the owner treats staff, you would expect them to be able to accept tips. Its honestly selfish and rude that they are not allowed to, as I've seen firsthand how he embarrasses them and speaks aggressively towards them.

Definitely selling old cakes! I would go somewhere else to buy cakes!!!

If you run out time and you need a cake ASAP look at this place! Don't read me wrong they do personalized your order if you call ahead. Very nice experience! Thanks a lot.

My recent order for my daughter’s bridal
Shower, I ordered the fruit cake with fresh strawberries only (no peaches), it was AMAZING!! Hands down best cake, received many compliments on the freshness and taste! Highly recommend!!!

First of all they have a ticket machine as you walk in. I’m assuming this is to know who the next customer to serve will be. But no…the staff conveniently forget to use it. Why is it there? Makes no sense and the customers end up looking at each other to see who’s next! Why not rid off it if they aren’ calling out the numbers.

On a positive the bakery is spacious and beautifully laid out. There is a huge selection of items available. However there are no labels for any of the items (apart from the breads). Another inconvenience not only for the customer but also the staff member.

We purchased Almond Cookies that were crispy on the outside and moist inside. Absolutely delicious!

The Pistachio Walnut Muffin was definitely not fresh which is disappointing.

The staff are polite and efficient.

There is plenty of parking.

They seem to not care fir people of color the way they do white customers 🙄 the fruit cake is old and not fresh I was disappointed 😕 I grew up going to this place and had my wedding cake made here 27 year ago. So disappointed 😞

One of the worst experience I never had before as an Indian. I went to lot of pastry or bakery shops past 3years. This time I faced the weired situation. I just went to store I wish them no response and when I was leaving I wish them again like Thank you they didn't care, they didn't smile I feel like may be I am an indian, thats why they were don't react and Literally I can sense racist behavior...
