I stopped in on my lunch time walk. Staff were personable and the service was fast. They offer sandwiches and wraps and you can build your own pasta; selecting from pasta types, sauces, and a protein, if you want. I had penne with vodka sauce with meatballs - I would recommend it!

Its a small place. Mainly like grab and go. The food is good. The people are very nice and welcoming. Its never a long wait. I go on my lunch break. My favorite things are… The Cheesesteak sandwich, Chicken Caesar salad (Grilled) and Pasta Bolognese. Worth every penny.

EDIT****My previous review was 2/5 stars because my wife's meal was a sad sandwich with expired chips and a room temperature soda can.I went back for myself to try something, and I am not disappointed. I got the chicken salad grinder, which was very very tasty. The flavor and texture were good, yet not too moist. I am moving this to 4/5 stars because this restaurant only had Jalapeno flavored chips left for customers. It was like, Tuesday afternoon. You can't be out of chips by now.Otherwise, don't knock it till you try it!

So I had a stay over here and tried this place out and wow! I have to say the food is a lot for a good price! The pasta is good and the salad was big as well. I only had half of what I had it was good I couldn't finish it! Will definitely go again!

Very kind people working at this small little take out shop. Very good food take out, and a variety of such, is the heart and soul of Hartford. Their prices are modest. I've had their meatballs, their eggplant, and their salads. The small salads are really good and they take great care in preparation. Its adjacent to the Goodwin Hotel. They've a tiny kitchen with a maximum space of about 4-5 people to wait there comfortably. I only wish they might watch their sodium in their preparations but that's because I am elderly and have dietary concerns. This is why the salads really do work for me, Its a good 'quick food' without being 'fast'. Continued success.

I've been coming here with my boyfriend. The food so far is so tasty! So far I've had their Buffalo chicken wrap, shrimp scampi, and Lorenzo salad. I'm planning on trying everything they offer. I don't know her name but the woman that makes the food is very personable and she makes the food great! She even asks you how'd you like it. Like today she asked me if I'd like the shrimp scampi spicy. The food is not a all for one kind of thing. And I like that. Only complaint I have is that I wish the sauce was a little thicker. The rest of the staff have been awesome as well. Definitely will be coming here again and again.
