We stopped in before going to the Convention Center for an immersive art experience. We were looking forward to a good meal but unfortunately my burger was way overdone. I asked for a medium rare chili burger and it was far from it. The chili was not good. My girlfriend had the shepherd’s pie and it was different. She said it was ok. I was not a fan of the flourless chocolate cake.

Christina is the BEST manager around! I showed up during a conference with my wife, daughter, and a few of our friends. We didn't realize we needed a reservation for R&B night, so I went straight over to Christina and she found a table for us! The food, drinks, and team here at Plan B are amazing!!! Get the El Diablo smash burger and Baked Jalapeño Poppers...

Really disappointing service. Place came highly recommended by my colleagues. But despite lots of servers had issues getting an order placed. Finally got up and went to bar after being ignored, but got a dismissive tone. Would not go back.

My sister and I had tickets to a show at Infinity Music Hall and stopped in for a bite before the show. Shoutout to our server Jazmin and also the GM Christina! Initially a rough start to our visit however these 2 ladies stepped up, smoothed everything out, gave us great service and amazing customer service! 10 outta 10!!!! We do not live in the area but we plan on going back to this location often, it is worth the few extra mins & miles!

We (party of two) arrived on a Saturday evening around 7pm. We waited a small bit for seating but no big deal. Once we were seated, we waited a bit longer for our waitress to come by and take our drink orders.
My buddy ordered a 20oz mixed beverage and myself a ginger ale. She came back about fifteen minutes later with a small (prob 8oz) drink for my friend, and explained to me that she was trying to find a cup for my ginger ale, so that would be a bit.
We put in our orders (2 burgers, one regular fries, one truffle fries) and my buddy mentioned the small drink. She left and came back another 15 later with a larger drink for him, and stated that the bartender was out of glasses the first time, and that's why he didn't get the right size the first time. I still had no ginger ale, due to the glass shortage.
About five mins later, she came back with my ginger ale, expressing that she had to steal a glass from the bar to accommodate my request. Cool, no big deal.
Our food came out and the burgers were awesome. The fries, well we swear up and down they were McDonald's fries (see pic) I'm not saying they WERE McDonald's fries, but that they looked and tasted exactly like them. My friend never got his truffle fries, but we couldn't bring it up because we never saw our waitress again.
We never received napkins or any sort of silverware.
In fairness to our waitress, she seemed new and we did not see anyone else tending to tables where we were seated. I don't mean to be harsh with a 2 star rating on service, but frankly between the cup mystery and no check-in or even asking for drink refills, the service was lacking.

The burgers were just okay, and despite asking, we never received knives to cut them. Service was inattentive and disappointing overall. Not a place we’d return to.

Best deconstructed poppers! Graciously served by Mr. Wellington who was a top notch host and waiter. One star off because the decor looked just a little shabby. Also the Caesar salad needs improvement. Didn’t wow at all. But we had a nice time here! Good location and there was a nice happy buzz in the place. Thank you.
Christina and her team worked with me for a week to prepare a team dinner for 30 people, including a dozen teenagers. She created a custom menu that met our needs and adjusted it accordingly based on my suggestions. She was in constant communication throughout the week and responded to all of my incessant emails! I gave her the orders for each family so that even the bills could be paid by each family at the time of payment. On the day of, I sent my daughter over a few hours before to make sure they received everything they needed and Christina told her they were ready and excited to receive us! The moment we arrived, she comes over to me and gives me a big hug like we were old friends and from that moment, I knew this was going to be a great night. Once we took our seats, our food arrived within 15 minutes because they already knew our orders. The food was fresh, hot and delicious! The service team was efficient and friendly. They had a DJ and all the teens in the place were singing and dancing which made for a fun and energetic atmosphere! It was the perfect event and all of the parents raved to me afterwards how wonderful a meal and experience they had. If you ever find yourself in Hartford, you must make a stop at B! And tell Christina Tom says hi!
