Manager is rude. She let me stand there for ten minutes before telling me they don’t have boneless chicken. When I asked for a refund she then said she can make them give her ten mins. I will never come here. Chicken just laying on surfaces not the actual pan it’s Supposed to be in.

Went to Popeyes on Flatbush Avenue in Hartford and got my usual. These guys are setting the bar high, as my sandwich was probably the best Spicy Chicken Sandwich I’ve ever had at a Popeyes location, and I’ve been to many locations.
Service was good, not too bad to get in and out of here as it sits inside Charter Oak Market Place shopping plaza.

I came to buy a family meal. We spend 60 dollars and when we ask for cups to drink the 8.99 lemonade gallon ; they didn’t give the cups because the cups is for the sodas no for the lemonade gallon. So we have to take the food home .

I used to enjoy coming to this location until now I’m starting to reconsider coming to this location. Your employee Harold was super rude to us when we were trying to redeem points for the Shrimp Tackle Box. My app clearly said that the shrimp tackle box was able to redeem for 900 points and when he scanned it he said it was only to gain points even when he seen it have the shrimp there to redeem and my point went down. When asked to get his manager he clearly ignored me and kept saying that you didn’t use any of your points you only gained them. He still made me pay for the shrimp and I also lost 900 points as well. Hope this gets better.

It's usually okay, it's popeyes, but last few times we've been the sweet tea tastes like mold and has a rancid flavor with hint of burnt plastic. Brought up with staff last time, no change. Maybe need the health department instead?

Like chicken red beans and rice. Sometimes they have very slow drive thru and give wrong order.
(1/19/26 - New Rating Update: from 4 stars previously to 1 star.) The 4 piece Spicy 🔥 chicken was wayyy too spicy hot 🥵! I could barely eat a wing and a chicken breast! The spicy chicken (which I normally have no problem with), burned my tongue and my throat and I immediately got nauseous! I then noticed that the skin on the remaining fried chicken had dark brown cooked bloody spots! I called the store 3x in a row and nobody answered the phone after many rings
$20 wasted down the drain! I called to see if I could get a credit or something exchanged. Nobody picked up the phone. So I changed my review from 4stars to 1star. I'm very upset! The only good thing was I got through the drive thru quickly this time and the cashier was pleasant.)

Garbage. RUDE STAFF. On Dec. 7, 2025 at 11 pm. Immature workers playing on the speaker, had to repeat 5 times my drink choice while workers joked about - I pulled off without my order, Didnt trust them to not PLAY with my food !!!! Horrible !
Will never go back.... Went to Taco bell next door. No problems !!!...

After working 16 hours I drove 10 miles out the way to get dinner to get home sides cold chicken old and biscuits couldn’t be broken with both hands . Drove all the way back to be made to feel as if I did something wrong wrong . Manager news rude used profanity and hardly spoke any English . Please save you time and money and go to KFC
