Souvlaki City has some of the best gyros I’ve had in Connecticut. I’ve had both the lamb gyro and the chicken gyro on separate visits, and both were absolutely incredible. The meat was flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and cooked beautifully, and you can really taste the care and authenticity that goes into the food.

Best gyro I’ve ever had and it’s not even close.
I came across this food truck outside of twelve percent brewing company. The brewery usually hosts different food trucks from tacos to pizza however souvlaki city is the clear stand out. The gyro was unbelievable. Souvlaki city has the freshest ingredients and the food is prepared with such love and care it’s hard to find a better gyro elsewhere. If you haven’t tried this food truck yet it is a must, I can’t recommend this place more.
