One of the younger male employees needs to be retrained in customer service. I went there twice and both times he made me feel extremely uncomfortable by making weird facial expressions and exaggerated eye contact. I thought it was a failed attempt at flirting but still inappropriate. Then the second time he did the same and then when I was getting seated as well as leaving he was staring at me and whispering to his co-worker. Just awkward, weird interactions and makes me extremely uncomfortable to be here!

Frequently visit this location and today we were met with an unfortunate circumstance that will result in us not returning.

I went in to buy 2 coffees. When I walked in there was a three person line, no big deal. I waited my turn, and when it was my turn to step up, the employee looked to the next customers like I wasn’t even there. Again no big deal.

I noticed the barista working very hard so I decided to tip! When I did that, the employee didn’t thank me for the business or the tip. A little frustrating but wasn’t going to make it a big deal.

I then waited 14 minutes for two drinks and when he handed me the wrong size I politely said sir I ordered larges and they said back, “you get what you pay for”. I would never ask for anything free because I’ve worked in customer service for over 12 years.

Just a bad experience overall and even though I live 2 minutes from downtown, I will not be returning or paying $15 for 2 medium coffees again.

Do not come here during rush hour from approximately 8:30am-9:30am M-F. I stood in line for 25 minutes to order my drink, and another 25 minutes waiting for it to be made. 50 minutes for an iced coffee is ridiculous. This location cannot handle rush hours. My experience before or after 8:30am-9:30am has been better.

I had a good experience there. The staff could have been a little more friendly. The staff on shift were not welcoming, no smiles and when I asked the cost of something the woman at the counter made a face as if I were dumb. The atmosphere was nice and we sat for a little. The Mocha had a little too much mocha and that’s never happened before! Usually the baristas make it perfect!

I've worked in the building where Starbucks is located for over 14 years. I've visited in the past to request an cup of ice when our machines are down and never had an issue. I entered today to request an cup of ice. The gentleman at the counter was in the process of retrieving the ice when the pregnant employee took it upon hersefl to stop what she was doing to come over to intervene and advise the gentleman he was not allowed to give ice. I even offered to pay for the ice. I ws told I had to purchase an item inorder to get the ice. Very tasteless customer service. I will NEVER purchase from this location again.

This is a good clean Starbucks with fast service. It's a cool space where one can relax for a few minutes before an appointment or travel. High ceilings and comfortable seating.

Vegetarian options: They will remove the cheese from your Impossible breakfast sandwich upon request.

Customer service has gone down extremely the past 2 years, the former workers where more friendlier. Specifically there’s a woman barista w braids that works in the morning. She never seems happy to be there and she is rude and not welcoming, no good morning or anything. I get it, it’s early in the morning but if you’re not a morning person pick a different shift.

Makes zero sense that they do online orders dead last… doesn’t matter if you made it an hour ago, if there’s even one person that orders in line, they’ll do that order first. Defeats the entire purpose of it. Why does it take 40 minutes to get a drink you ordered online but 4 minute if you order in person??

I will never come back here again. The staff is unprofessional and ignorant literally. Customer service is terrible and the way they make coffee is disgusting ? it’s always watery with no flavor whatsoever. Staff was a younger with no respect and that white chick with green hair whatever that was smh did not greet nor acknowledge 3 people that were waiting for her to assist while she was in front of the register. I said hi and she walked away.
Customer service these days does not exist. SAD don’t come here !!
