Thomas Hooker Brewery at Colt offers a variety of great food and drink options, including their well-loved Goat-ade and sliders. Located at the old Colt Manufacturing Factory, this neighborhood bar has a unique atmosphere, with bullets still embedded in the wood of the bar that was once the backstop of the factory's testing range. Customers can enjoy flights of beer and large portions of nachos, topped with plenty of toppings. The menu may be slightly limited, but the food is fresh and tasty, with excellent friendly service. Guests have praised the refreshing orange dream on tap and enjoyed the chips with guacamole and salsa, along with a variety of cocktails and beers. The outdoor seating allows for a pleasant experience, especially during happy hour when drinks are very affordable.
